How campus buildings get accessed

Most K-12 buildings are low-rise and handled from grade with water-fed pole or ladder work, with a boom lift for gymnasium clerestories and covered walkways. College and university campuses add mid-rise and high-rise research and residence buildings that need boom lift, swing stage, or rope access, and interior atrium glazing that needs a scissor lift during a break period.
