We maintain an active WorkSafeBC account and can provide a current clearance letter confirming the account is in good standing before mobilisation, so no liability transfers to your building.
We run an internal audit program modelled on COR (Certificate of Recognition) practice — scheduled reviews of documentation, site conditions, and crew practice against our written safe work procedures.
Every incident and near-miss is logged on a standard form the same day, reviewed by the safety coordinator, and closed with a documented corrective action before the file is filed.
Short, documented safety briefings held before shifts on higher-risk work — rope access, lift operation, and adverse weather — with attendance recorded.
Ropes, harnesses, descenders, connectors, and powered access equipment are inspected before each use, with periodic formal inspections logged against manufacturer schedules.
Roof anchor systems are the building's responsibility to certify under BC regulation. We verify current certification before rigging and will not proceed on an anchor we cannot confirm.
Where a subcontractor is used for a specialised scope, we confirm their insurance, WorkSafeBC standing, and certifications before they are permitted on site, and they operate under our site safety plan.

Figures are specific to your building and your contract period — a portfolio-wide number would tell you little about the crew actually on your roof. If you manage a multi-building portfolio, we can roll these figures up on request so your risk or facilities team sees the whole picture in one place.
