Compliance & Credentials

Everything your vendor file needs, in one package.

Before you can approve a contractor, someone has to verify them. This page is what we send so that verification takes minutes instead of weeks.

The Compliance Package

Nine documents. One email.

Request the package and we send current copies of everything below, addressed to your entity. When a document renews, we reissue it automatically — you should never be holding an expired certificate.

01

Certificate of Insurance

Commercial general liability with $5,000,000 coverage. Your entity can be named as additional insured on request.

02

WorkSafeBC Clearance Letter

Current clearance confirming our account is in good standing, so no liability transfers to the building owner.

03

Fall Protection Plan

Written plan covering suspended access, rope access, and leading-edge work, with a documented rescue procedure.

04

Safe Work Procedures

Service-specific SWPs for window cleaning, rope access, water-fed pole, pressure washing, and lift operation.

05

Job Hazard Assessment

Site-specific JHA completed for your building before mobilisation and refreshed for each service type.

06

Technician Certifications

Rope access, fall protection, aerial lift, and WHMIS certification records for the crew assigned to your building.

07

Equipment Inspection Logs

Pre-use inspection records for ropes, harnesses, descenders, anchors, and powered access equipment.

08

Anchor Requirement Confirmation

Written confirmation of the anchor certification your building needs before suspended or rope work proceeds.

09

References

Contactable references from property, strata, and facility managers on comparable buildings, provided on request.

How We Work Safely

The standards behind the paperwork.

WorkSafeBC Part 34

Rope access and suspended work platform operations follow the BC Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements for personal fall protection.

Anchor certification

In BC, building owners are responsible for having roof anchors inspected and certified. We confirm status before rigging and will not proceed on uncertified anchors.

Rope access discipline

Two-rope systems, independent backup, on-site supervision, and a written rescue plan for every rope job — IRATA-aligned procedure.

Daily hazard control

Pre-shift safety meeting, site-specific hazard review, weather and wind limits, pedestrian control, and sign-off before work begins.

Verification

Check us before you hire us.

Every claim on this site is verifiable. Our WorkSafeBC clearance can be confirmed directly with WorkSafeBC using our account number, and our insurance certificate comes from our broker rather than from us.

If your organisation runs a contractor pre-qualification system, send us the requirements and we will complete the submission rather than asking you to chase documents.
