A guarantee is only useful if you can read the exclusions before you need them. Here is what we commit to on every contract, and what is honestly outside its scope.
Report a documented deficiency within 48 hours of service and we return to correct it at no charge — no new quote, no scheduling fee.
You receive a defined arrival window before the scheduled date. If we are going to miss it, you hear from the scheduling desk before it passes.
For scheduled contracts, photo documentation of completed work is sent the same day, so you have a record without needing to inspect every visit in person.
Storm damage, break-ins, and emergency glass calls are triaged ahead of routine scheduling, with a response time confirmed at the time you call — set out in your service agreement rather than promised generically here.
Where wind, freezing temperatures, or storm conditions mean a scheduled visit cannot safely proceed, we give notice and rebook to the next available date rather than proceeding unsafely.
We would rather state this plainly than have you discover it after a claim.
Streaking, missed panes, spotting, or residue visible on inspection and reported with a location and photo within the guarantee window. We re-clean the affected area at no charge.
You receive a defined arrival window ahead of the scheduled date. If the crew is running outside that window, the scheduling desk contacts you before it lapses, not after.
We give notice as early as conditions allow and offer the next available date. Suspended and rope access work cannot proceed outside the wind and temperature limits described on our building access page, for the crew's safety.
Yes. The 48-hour re-clean commitment and reporting standard apply the same way whether it's a single visit or part of a recurring schedule.
