Above 21 storeys the access plan drives the cost more than the glass area does, so we price each tower individually after reviewing anchor certification, wind exposure, and permitted work windows.

Towers of 22 storeys and above are priced individually. Book a walkthrough and we return a written proposal with the access plan and schedule.

Yes. Ask for an invoice and we will issue one with net-30 terms. For large invoices we provide EFT remittance instructions on request; cheques should be made payable to Spiffy Window Cleaning Inc.
